James L. Casady, MPT
James received his undergraduate degrees at the University
of Colorado in Kinesiology and Psychology. After receiving
his Master’s degree in physical therapy at Nova Southeastern
University, he began practicing in Boston. Since receiving
his degree, James has had the opportunity to work with the
Boston Ballet, professional triathletes and cyclists from
around the world, two women’s professional football
teams, and high school and college athletes participating
in a wide variety of sports.
Janet Gamache PT, CSCS, CMT
Janet received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut in 1988. While at UConn she gained sports medicine experience from working in the training room and serving as a student trainer for the women's basketball team.
In 1998 she became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Wanting to further enhance her hands on skills, Janet attended the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy, earning her Massage Therapy certificate in 2001. Janet is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Her extensive physical therapy experience includes work at various private practices in NH, San Diego, Westborough and Hopkinton MA. Janet has served as an ergonomics consultant for EMC and National Grid, and has taught spine care to hundreds of employees. Janet has always been an active participant in continuing education seminars and classes, covering topics such as foot biomechanics, myofascial release, strength and conditioning, nutrition, ACL prevention and ergonomics.
Maura F. White, MPT
Maura graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelors of Science in Education and with a minor in Athletic Training. She received her
Masters in Physical Therapy from Hahnemann University. Maura has worked as
an Athletic Trainer at the high school level and as a physical therapist
in a variety of settings. Maura also has experience working with the
pediatric population in the public schools and is a certified Pilates
instructor. Maura enjoys working with all patient populations.
Elaine graduated with a Bachelor of Science form Northeastern University. She has been practicing as an outpatient physical therapist for over 20 years.
Her therapy experience includes orthopedic and industrial rehab patients. Elaine also has 3 years of home health experience. Elaine has taken many continuing education courses including: "When The Feet Hit The Ground Everything Changes," "Jones Strain/Counterstrain," and "McConnell Patellofemoral Taping."

Kristine has been working as a physical therapist for over 15 years. She graduated
from Simmons College with her Masters Degree.
After completion of her degree she began working in an industrial rehabilitation setting where she discovered a passion for
posture, body mechanics, core stabilization and patient education. She continued to work in various settings including a busy outpatient hospital based setting. This allowed
her to continue work with industrial related accidents but also provided exposure and experience with post surgical, neurological and orthopedic conditions across the lifespan.
Most recently she has worked in the public schools treating children and teens with
developmental disabilities and functional limitations. She enjoys working with all age
groups and various disabilities and injuries.
